Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or show signs of fraud.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to the chosen campaign. A 2% platform fee is shown before payment. See the donation policy and refund policy.
Partners
Organizations must provide genuine documents, use funds only for the stated purpose and keep evidence of spending. Misuse of funds leads to suspension, recovery of funds where possible and reporting to authorities.
Prohibited use
Fake campaigns, impersonation, money laundering, harassment and attempts to break the platform's security are forbidden.
Liability
HELP BANK verifies partners carefully but cannot guarantee the outcome of any treatment or project. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees we received for the donation concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify registered users of important changes.
