Platform fee
HELP BANK keeps 2% of each donation to cover card processing, verification and operations. The exact fee is shown before you pay and on your receipt. You may add the fee on top so the campaign receives your full amount.
Currency
Each campaign has its own currency. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.
Use of funds
Funds are released to the verified partner only through reviewed fund requests, up to the campaign's available balance, and are paid to a verified bank account. If a campaign ends with money left over, it is used for the same program's related costs, or with donor notice moved to a similar verified campaign.
Anonymous donations
If you choose to donate anonymously, your name is hidden from the public, but it remains visible to HELP BANK for legal and security reasons.
Receipts
You receive an email receipt, and all receipts are available under “My donations”. HELP BANK receipts are confirmations of payment; tax deductibility depends on the laws of your country and the recipient.
